This post of Toni’s sent me straight into the ugly cry.
It’s a reminder of the beauty in sacrifice and surrender.
It’s The Great Commission in action.
And now I’m going to go read it again.
See you there.

Toni inspires me. She’s one of those people who only posts when she really has something to say and she sure said it this time. She always moves me but this time? She made me tear up. What she did is amazing and I’m in awe of her. I’m not one to cry easily and I’m not sayin’ I broke down in sobs or anything….but I am definitely having a little trouble clearing my throat, if you know what I mean.

Hey Boomama, love the word ugly cry lol. I guess that is a very good analogy of a good cry though.
Thanks for visiting me tonight, I love it when you visit. I apreciate your sweet words.
You have an awesome week!!

That was, indeed, a beautiful post! Thanks for pointing me in Toni’s direction.
Thanks also for your comment on my My first attempts at a home movie post!
I have to say, making movies, even small ones, IS a lot of work. For the most part, I’ll be leaving that to Oronzo to do. I’ll just dabble in it every now and then. He’s working a “Snuggle Bug’s 1st year” movie right now that’s about 50 minutes long.
Do you think anyone other than parents and grandparents would want to watch 50 minutes of the same child? :)

Hi Boomama,
I had already read this yesterday, but wanted to say that was so great that you linked to it!
So many people need to just read certain posts that they might not have otherwise known about…and I agree…this one was certainly one of them! I was crying, too, and it truly inspired me.
