It does seem to take forever to get there. My son(4) also had his inaugural trip this summer (actually, he had been there once before, but he was a baby and didn't get to enjoy all the fried goodness and cement block walls). That was July, and he STILL talks about the fish camp. He didn't even like fried catfish until he had it at the fish camp. I think the atmosphere contributes to the flavor, because I'm not a big fish eater (I don't really like small fish, either) but I like the fish camp's. I think it's the tea.
