I haven’t seen tonight’s AI yet because I’m out of town (I’m in Nashville and have had THE BEST DAY – more on that later), but I’m going to go ahead and put up the Mr. Linky because, well, I will develop some sort of nervous tic if I don’t. Because every Tuesday night I’m supposed to put up a Mr. Linky for AI. That is what I do.

I thought about you while watching the CMT awards! I wondered if you were in the audience since ‘sister’ has such great connections! I live about an hour and a half north of nashville, and visit often, it’s a great city. So, if you were at the awards, you are a lucky dawg! Hope you had fun!

So I’ve tried and tried to figure out where you are from, since you frequent Nashville so much… but I just cannot do it.
I’m 20 minutes south of Nashville.
CMT? That’d be cool, but I’m guessing something more exotic like auditioning for “So You Think You Can Dance.”
Can’t wait to hear how try-outs went.
I did the live blogging thing this time with my 3 guys in tow – it was fun and the songs really surprised me especially since I am not a huge MC fan!
It will be interesting to see who goes this week especially after MJ left last week – I am still shocked over that one

OMYGosh!!! I didn’t know where else to share this information except here.
I totally haven’t been watching American Idol and now I wished that I had been. I was reading the ‘who got canned’ headlines this morning and the name Kristy Cook stuck with me. So, I clicked on the link for the Associated Press article, and – wouldn’t you know it??? I grew up with the Cook family and went to school with the Cooks!! I grew up in the same blink of a town that Kristy grew up in! Selma NEVER, NEVER EVER gets on the news because the town population is only like 500 people – seriously. I am so flabbergasted I can’t believe it. Wow!
