I Can’t Tell You How Much Leftover Guacamole I’ve Eaten Over The Years

Tonight’s episode of “The Office” was near perfection in my humble opinion. You had Michael fumbling – but not to the point of utter humiliation, Jim pushing Dwight’s buttons to beat the band, and FINALLY a decent level of interaction between Jim and Pam.

Plus, the conspiracy plotline? GENIUS.

Some of my favorite moments:

1) “Whenever I’m getting married, you don’t believe me.”

2) “Kelly Kapur is our dusty, exotic customer service rep….”

3) “What color is his shirt? Mustard or dijon?”

4) “WHAT DO YOU THINK I’M SAYING TO YOU?”

5) “…and there’s our smudgeness.”

6) “OUR PRICES HAVE NEVER BEEN LOWER!”

7) “I don’t want to be married in a tent like a hobo.”

8) Dwight driving in the parking lot.

9) Pam: “That’s what she said! That’s what she said! That’s what she said!”

10) “I was right. I was right. I was right!”

And finally: OH MY LANDS, DWIGHT KICKING IN CELEBRATION, I’VE NEVER LOVED ANYTHING MORE, WE WATCHED IT SIX TIMES IN A ROW.

To top off all the funny, we got a touch of bittersweet with Jim and Pam – and a touch of mischief with Dwight and Angela.

Tripled loved it. I enjoyed having a little break from All The Awkward.

What about y’all? What did you think?

Loved. It.

Best scene ever was when Michael was teaching Dwight and Jim was the customer. Priceless!

And second best was definitely Pam, “That’s what she said! That’s what she said! That’s what she said!”

But Husband said just what I was feeling – BRING BACK PAM, for goodness sake!

Oh, and I totally thought Ryan was going to be in on the fixing of the feedback reports. Kind of glad he wasn’t.

Best episode this season. Loved the sales call demo. Michael and Dwight got into it like it was real!

What’s up with Dwight and Angela? I see this “wedding” as a cliffhanger…

I howled throughout. My husband even loved it, and he usually only tolerates it because I love it so much. Great episode!

I loved when Andy looked at Angela’s gray outfit and ordered a gray tent.

And you know it’s going to be Angela and Dwight getting married on the beet farm.

Okay, here is my theory…

I have always been a little suspicious of the black-haired guy from New York that hits on Pam (It all started in the hallway, remember? Old lady/ex-girlfriend joke).

Overall, better episode than the previous three or four from this season. Let’s hope things really start getting “sassy” again (Wow, did I say sassy? In the words of Michael Scott… YESH).

By the way, the Dwight Schrute Roundhouse Kick at Phyllis about had me in a laughing/coughing fit (bronchitis).

Pure genius, NBC.

Sincerely,

Someone who sympathizes with Mr. William M. Buttlicker, who is very hard of hearing.

Oh, one more classic dialogue (not by any means quoted correctly):

“How many shoes do you need?”

“Two. Maybe three…”

….

“Pam’s not here!”

“No, she’s not!”

OK: I’m so high tech I posted my reply with the wrong post. The reply above was for your Madagascar review. Sorry. (But I do loves me some Pam and Jim….)

Okay, I will probably not get the quote correct because I am going on memory (not DVR or TiVo :), but I loved all that you said, plus when Andy was describing the two-story tent with a honeymoon suite as “modest and unpretentious.” Too funny!

In the running for the best Office ever. So glad…I was starting to get a little worried the magic might be gone.

Did anybody else catch the photos Dwight was showing Angela and Andy? Some of the wedding pictures were taken in the cemetery. Now I can’t remember which episode/season it was when Dwight said the Schrute family weddings were held in their cemetery.

Loved this episode!

Finally watched it today at lunch. So much better. The practice call with Jim & Dwight was so HILARIOUS.

I worry about where this is going with Jim & Pam.
