BooMama- thanks for the link – I love Sara Groves music, but haven’t looked for anything new for a while. My experience was in Jamaican mountains, but the children and poverty there look a lot like Rwanda. Thank you for sharing, tears are coming, and I can’t wait to go back to the children, and do what I can.

Beautiful and touching! I love Sara Groves’ music.

I’m guessing you are familiar with this song, since we have the same taste in music, but look up Dave Barnes’ “10000 Children.” You’ll love it!

I love that video and Sara Groves music in general. The church I have been visiting goes to the DR each year, and they sent a medical team there this year as well. Since about 1999 I have dreamed of adopting a boy from Haiti. But the DR is so close. It would do. Thank you for posting.
