Okay THANKS for the flip flop tips ladies! I just ordered two pairs of the Pure Juice that were on sale. I own my second pair of Reefs and love them, but they are not so dressy. I also may order a pair of those flip flop slippers as I have the same summer slipper issue!

J Crew flip-flops. The grosgrain wedge ones are the best. I have about six pairs of them, at least. Super comfy, super cute. You’ll love them. Plus, if you buy more than one pair, they are 20% off. (They are not that expensive to begin with)

Yellow Box flip flops have quite a few with a heel and some even have some bling on them. There are plain ones and leopard-y print ones depending on your mood. Good luck – personally, I love Chacos – they’re a little more “granola-y” than it sounds like you’re looking for, though.
