Green Bean Bundles
4 cans whole green beans
8 slices bacon, cut in half so that you have 16 short pieces
1 cup brown sugar
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 stick butter, melted

Divide green beans into 16 bundles. Wrap each bundle with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place in baking dish. Combine sugar, garlic, and butter and pour over bundles. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bacon reaches desired crunchiness. (I like mine really crunchy, so I bake it for about 45 min).

LAW.DY! it's good!

Have you ever had tartiflette? It's French, and it will make you think you've died and gone to heaven.
You will prob have to substitute Brie cheese since you prob can't get Raclette where you are.
Saute cubes of bacon with onions. Fry up some potatoes (saute them too; not french fries, in other words). Mix it all together in a pan. Place slices of brie over the top. Bake in an oven until you can stir the brie in.
Eat with green salad and red wine. You SERIOUSLY need the red wine or the richness of this dish will make you ill. Trust me on this.
