Just had to tell you- Happy Anniversary! Also- I made the White Rotel dip from your Diptacular and all I can say is -OH MY GOSH- it’s addictive!! My husband is in love with it! I could eat with a spoon.
By the way- try Brining your Turkey- it’s fabulous and easy!

BTW, here’s a tip for making sure you have a moist oven roasted turkey — brining. Brine your turkey beforehand and it will be oh soooooo tender and good.
